Terrible Customer Service

Vodacom has slapped me right in the face with the poor service I am receiving. In July I made a payment onto my account as it was in arrears to clear the arrears and thereafter I called into the call center to have my debit order removed as I wanted to pay cash. I contacted the call center and the advised the agent to remove the debit order as I will be paying cash every month and the agent advised me that he has removed the debit order however to my surprise for the month of August Vodacom debited my account and the debit order bounced and I was charged a penalty but to my knowledge the agent has removed the debit order. I called the call center again to find out what exactly what happened after I asked for the debit order to be removed and he advised yes he has removed it. The agent then advised that he needs to transfer me to the customer service department so that they can assist me. I was held on the line for 10 minutes no response and was reverted back to the agent then the agent advised he will log a query for me and have the reference number sms to me. I waited for someone to contact me and it was unsuccessful, no one bothered to contact me. In August I made contact with Vodacom again and wow the previous agent did not even leave any notes of my query and I had to go through the same process again and this time the agent sent me the reference number ***. My query has still not been resolved. And now since August to October I am been charged for penalties on my account whereas I called several times to advise the agents to remove the debit order and every month my instalment is increasing. One month its R249 the next R490 and R591.And when I call after I have made a payment to confirm if they have received it and I ask if there is any outstanding amounts they advise me no my account is on a 0 balance. But on the app or the telephonic voice telling me I am in arrears but i am paying every month whatever amount is due. It is also affecting my credit status as now I am unable to purchase a vehicle due to my Vodacom account being in arrears as I don't know where the hell all the arrears is coming from and yesterday I was on the phone for 27 minutes trying to get assistance once again with the accounts department and spoke to a lady by the name of Paulina and said she will be able to assist me with my credit status and the call went dead and the next best thing the call was dropped. I am utterly disgusted with the service I am getting from VODACOM. They need to get their eggs in a row.
