Terrible Customer Service

Vodacom fibre has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life! We've been without internet for 3 weeks now and still vodacom hasnt done anything to fix our line. I work from home and there is just nothing I can do. Vodacom simply just closes my service requests. Ive sent numerous complaints, Ive emailed them and Ive phoned them constantly, begging the people to help me but I get no response, no feedback, no service. Pathetic!!
