Terrible Customer Platform
Trying to use the Vodacom website is impossible it fails to load anything, cannot decide whether or not you are logged in. After 30 minutes of trying to refresh and sign in I finally gave up. For an ICT company Vodacom has a shockingly bad IT consumer platform.
