Terrible Customer Call Center
<p>Customer call center bad experience</p> <p>One issue to solve</p> <p>Had to make 7 calls</p> <p>Calls drop within 5min</p> <p>Call center cannot transfer calls to other operators that have helped before call was dropped</p> <p>Noisy environment</p> <p>Operators speaking softly and not clearly.</p> <p>Operators providing information that is not true.</p>
