Terrible Contract Sales No response at all

We were enticed to apply for a contract with vodacom as they said the I phone 13 was available. We did the application and they confirmed delivery by 5 days. No delivery by 5th day and when we called they said it was cancelled. Now we did another application with I store for I phone 13 and vodacom has not done anything with application for a week now!!! An entire week and I still have not received my I phone from I store. Very dissatisfied long time customer. No help in store at vodacom and no online assistance!!!
