Terrible conduct and service - I just want nothing more from Vodacom

I have tried to transfer my Cellphone contract since November 2016. I have been to the Vodaworld store 4 times without any luck. I have called the none existent customer care on numerous times without any luck. I have since learnt that the customer care is outsourced, so if you don't get ay joy, tough. Nobody cares.

All I want now is my number. My contract has expired and I do not want to be with Vodacom anymore.

I have been told that this is not possible, even though my contract has expirId, i will be on a month to month contract wherether I like or not.

You see I cannot transact with my number because its still in the my previous emploeyrs name. It is still in my employers name because I have been unable o transfer it into my name. This is not from lack of trying. One Sunday I spent 3 hours at the store. Spoke to the back office supervisor. Promises made but still no service

About 4 years back i was ****** and subsequently, my profile was used to open a Vodacom account. I reported the matter once I realised. I have affidavist to prove same. Vodacom even refunded the monies deducted from my account.

So the various departments do not talk to each other. They area all silos, so I have been told to call legal, etc. What is annoying is 4 years back I did all this. The information is on the Vodacom system, including the credit note that was passed but the burden of proof lays falls on me.

I just want you to cancel my contract and give me my number. That is all. Really enough is enough.

I wonder if there is a way I can recover all the money you have been debting after I submitted the documents asking for you to transfer the number in my name so that I can transact with the account. You keep deducting R2300.00 monthly as this suits you just fine.
