Terrible collections department.

I’m an extremely annoyed and irritated by Vodacom. I do not understand how your collections department has been having problems with debiting my account but I was not notified at all. I recieved no phone calls or emails from you to notify me of this problem. My account always has money in it, my service has been suspended and I’m only finding this out when I had to call and ask. Now I’m being told I’m in arrears of R 2000, which is your fault because had I been notified in time that you’re having issues with collecting I would not be in this position!!!
