Terrible cellphone claim and service from Vodacom Fourways and Ghandi Square

hi, my name is Nelisiwe i have a cellphone contract that i took with vodacom since 2014, on the 15th of March 2018 I lodged a claim for myself online then i saw that it never went through, then i decided to go to Vodacom at Ghandi square to register my cellphone claim there fair enough they assisted me so well and the lady who booked my phone is was Charlotte, days went by i never received any feedback regarding my phone i then started calling them myself for feedback the reason why i called the was because i received an sms on my phone being advised that i need to pay R1800 for my cellphone repairs yet my phone has insurance i failed to understand and i called them back at vodacom ghandi square and reported to them they told me that the phone was taken to vodacom in fourways and they will call them to find out why do i need to pay R1800 for the repairs of my phone i took it very cool at that time as they promised to call at four ways to find out, to my surprised i no one called at four ways to find out i had to call them again to find out i decided to request four ways contact details so i can follow up for myself, the phone stayed at four ways not being fixed or anything i had to call the insurance (cellsure) asking them to find out for me what is going on with my cellphone the response i got from them was that they are awaiting for the quotation of the cellphone repairs center and they took time to send the quotation, i have been calling at four ways communicating with a guy by the name of Kim and their manager Dumisane, what a terrible service do they give to customers when you call them its either they pick up the phone and put it on the side or they dont answer at all, my claim was approved by cellsure but on two options the phone is now irreparable as per ARC so i was told to pay a high excess then i will get a new phone, since then i have been battling with getting my phone back from the repairer because as per the terms and conditions from vodacom they advised me that i cant get a new phone before that damaged one is brought back to their store in ghandi i battled and was given a bad service from the junior to the senior staff because i called them after receiving that feedback from cellsure to find out if i cant get a phone while they wait for mine to come back i failed to get it, on friday the 04/05/2018 i was told that my phone is back from arc i went there to finish up my claim thinking i will get my calim sorted i waited for nothing still i never received my phone and i was told that Monday the 07/05/2018 should come and collect my new phone they have ordered it, before even 10am they called my boyfriend telling him that i must not come due to that they dont have the phone yet,my question is that why did they tell me to come on this day knowing that they are lieying, the manager at Ghandi by the name of Thabo told me to come on Monday. Vodacom has hurt me deeply on the 15th May i will be making 2 months without a phone and its making my life difficult why should i have insurance if they cant put me in the same position i was before i suffered a loss, im so angry ti point that no one is taking my frustrations serious, i have been too much patient, the way they treat their clients it doesn't even resemble that Vodacom is the number one best cellular network across the world, i'm really disappointed i am lost for words as i have waited far too long for my phone, so i really want to know when will i finally rest in peace with my phone i really need my phone i cannot pay every month so well then when they are suppose to offer me their services i need to be following their backs, i dont even think they have tried to put themselves in their clients shoes to actually understand that no one can survive properly without a cellphone , there's plenty of reasons why i need my phone very soon
