Terrible Call Centre Service
Vodacom has the worst call centre services ever. I have been trying to cancel my vodacom contract for about a month to date. The consultants are giving me wrong and different information every time I call in to get feedback on my request. I have been waiting for a paid up letter for 2 weeks. This is terrible, unprofessional and unacceptable service.

18 Mar 2021, 09:21Dear Vodacom
Your apology does not solve anything at this point and your consultant calling and explaining my account does not excuse the fact that your call centre provided me with incorrect information on numerous occasions .
Firstly, as it stands now I have a balance that I am unaware of and this is after a whole month of numerous calls with Vodacom. Why are your systems not integrated?
Secondly, I was told by 3 consultants that my account is paid up and to expect a paid up letter within 3 -5 working days and at no point was I told of any balances. How do they confidently provide me with such incorrect information when you claim I have a balance. Is vodacom adding false charges to customer accounts?
I expect a paid up letter within the next few hours as promised by your 3 call centre employees. As a customer I should not suffer for vodacom’s inability to employ and train their employees on their systems.
Regards
