Terrible billing

I called Vodacom multiple times amd have been told my accounts are up to date. I have two different collections/law firms calling me and claiming to be acting on vodacoms instructions. I am being called, texted and emailed by these two companies: ""Debt collection firm Burnard Raaf&Associates is handling your handed over Vodacom AccBR***. Contact us on ***/whatsapp us*** to make payment arrangements. Bal excl future legal feesR3396.58"" and "HP Attorneys has no record of an arrangement towards your Vodacom. Call: *** / WhatsApp; *** urgently to discuss & avoid further action HP***".

And yet I have no communication directly from vodacom.
