Terrible attitude from Vodacom Collections

I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for the past 21 years , since 1996 with the same cellphone number and thought Vodacom customers service was really good.

But today I changed my mind

My account of R 2032 for 4 lines was in arrears for 6 days and Vodacom decided to disconnect it, after an hour I paid the full amount and send the proof of payment to ********** ********** and to the supervisor Phillip
Mashubuka . After an hour I got a read receipt from ********** stating the email was displayed on his computer.

After an hour my lines were still not re connected and I phoned Phillip who told me he did not received any email from me, so I told him I got a read receipt from his email address and I can send him a screen shot to show him. He told me very firmly he does not care about any screenshots he wants the actual proof of payment.

So I sent it again to all 3 emails as before, after 5 minutes I again got a read receipt from his email address, after phoning multiple times and been cut off 3 times I`m still waiting for the lines to be re connected.

What I dont understand is that in the past when my account was in arrears I did the payment , sent through the proof of payment and in less than 2 hours my lines were reconnected , the same person Phillip Mashubuka helped me last month with no issues , why couldnt someone helped me today ?

Oh and my lines are still off
