Terrible at accounts

Vodacom handed me over to some VVM Debt collecting company. This exact company offered me settlement discount, upon that I settled the outstanding amount after settlement discount. Now I am listed on my Credit score yet again! For the discount amount I was given. They are pathetic and ***********. I have been waiting on a paid up letter for too long! I am going to report this to the credit union, the ombudsman, and I will take it to social media and make sure it travels far enough! Maybe then I will see results
