Terrible amateur Vodacom network coverage

Honestly, Vodacom has been a sterling company. Many in public will agree. That is until the day of the Crowdstrike incident where Vodacom's service was flip flopping more than Fikile Mbalula. I tried to handle this with customer support and all the flip flopping made me look like a ****. Network was fine until recently.

Today in particular the service is like the concept of safety in Hillbrow. Full day of no network coverage. If there is coverage, you are lucky to even have a PDP context available to get some Internet. My phone was just wasting battery trying to attach to the Vodacom network. Why is this appalling service now a norm? I had no problem when it happened on Crowdstrike day. Half the day yesterday it happened. But today it was FULL work day. Even now I have no service. Please debug and resolve this issue. I need my phone mobility back.
