Terrible After service

In December I took out a contract for a Lenovo Tablet and Kids Smart Watch Combo.The watch was in for repairs in February since it did not work prkperly since we got it.The battery drained in less than an our.I was told that the watvh cannot be repaired so they replaced it.But still the watch fo the same it drains in less than an hour.Been trying to get in touch with Head Office since then.They keep on phoning me saying that the issue was escaleted to their line manager till now I have not heard anything from them at all.I have to keep on paying for something I do not have a use off. Vodacom is full off empty promises.
