Terrible after sales. I cancelled my contract

I app**** for a contract online and was approved and after going trough all the necessary steps im told the phone i ordered was currently unavailable.

I was on with that 2weeks down the line I hear nothing. This is a gift for my wife her birthday is around the corner.

I called in to find out whats going on. I was given and option to cancel and redo everything again with a different color or phone.

Im put through Cancellations only to be told they cant do it they have to log it and wait.

Not I cant even apply for a different phone cause the fist application is blocking me.

This is terrible service ive used vodacom for years and for the most part they are good but this in nonsense.

Probably my last purchase with them
