Terr services from ***** department

I have sent Vodacom ***** department emails and supporting documents confirming that someone recently opened a cellphone account with my details. They confirmed that I will receive feedback in 14 working days. They also sent me an incorrect email address to follow up with. I rep**** to say that the email provided was incorrect and since then I haven't heard anything from them. I need this resolved ASAP because it was not my fault and my name will be dragged into debts i know nothing about.
