Hi,<br> <br> We have lots of accounts with Vodacom amounting to some big money spent on contracts and phones. Lately when we want to upgrade we are told the process changed you can no longer upgrade 6 months prior to upgrade date even though you are spending the amount of R1200 to get that perk. When we upgraded we where told you need to spend atleast R800 to qualify for the 6 month early upgrade no problem we spend alot more than that per contract so yes we qualified for that what a bargain the only perk we get anyway from vodacom. Now its changed even though you spend R1200 to get that perk if you upgrade 6 month prior it get added to the 24 month conract! Thats not right nobody told us that the day we upgraded and now we stuck with the phones for 30 months! MTN does not have this and so i think this is such poor service from Vodacom as we are spending alot of money just to get that perk in the first place. If this is the case and its really 30 months thank you we are moving away.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Erik
