terminationnof the line without any noyification

I have a contract with vodacom and was owing until my line is disconnected tjen on 30 march i called vodacom to open my line the equested to pay the amout of 3300 before the 3rd of april otherwise my linebwill be scrabed on the 31 i payed the money. On the 1st of april i called vodacom requesting them to open the line since my line is still closed. The told me that they will be unable to assist me. Pls open my line immediately. Vodacom they failed to inform me.
