Terence was amazing

Terence was amazing. I struggled for my upgrade within minutes he found a solution and gave me more than I could of asked for. I appreciate his dedication and honesty. He could of sold me another phone to make more comm. But he made sure I got what I needed and wasn't worried about getting more comm for himself. Loved that. Thank you for your amazing service
