Tempered Glass Screengaurd

I Purchased a Body Glove Tempered Screen Gard at Vodacom Cradle Stone Mall this morning, When I arrived home I saw the box was not sealed and when I looked inside the alcohol swab and screen protector was open and used and then returned to the store!!!! I immediately climbed in my car and went back to the store to speak to the manager and at my surprise there was no manager on duty today I showed the staff the problem and they called Matshepo whom assisted me when I purchased the item so instead of admitting that she did not do her job when I purchased the item to check the box and if its sealed she tells me the box was sealed and they can not return open and used stock so my question was to her how did they return this product and put it back on the shelf to sell to customers in the first place and she could not answer me.<br> <br> So I need this to be resolved ASAP.
