Telkom and Vodacom Roaming agreement

I have a contract with Telkom, ever since they started roaming with Vodacom I have absolutely no network in my apartment. I live in Soweto (Jabulani Heights). I've reported the matter several times and each time they promise to send a technician. But nothing has helped and no follow up has been made by them. Yet I have to pay for the contract.

Roaming with MTN was better! Roaming with Vodacom is useless.
