Telkom
I have called in to make arrangements with Telkom because the bill is way too high, now they tell me that my line is gonna be suspended until I finish those arrears. My aacount is not in arreas as we speak and I have never had any probllems paying my contract and I need to make arrangements for this month for them to deduct a portion this month end and finish it in the next month. Now they telling me that my lines will ber closed, for what? Its not like I am not gonna pay I am paying but in a space of 2 months. this is so unprofessional and disgusting. please assist. This is unfair to me as a client.
