Telesales smoke and mirrors

To whom it may concern,

In July 2020 I was called by one of your sales agents with the option of renewing my contract and getting two new Hisense Infinity phones (H40 Lite Black and H40 Black) on the My Gig20 MBB Month contract, which I now regret agreeing to.

At the time I agreed to accept the contract on the terms that I get to have the 20Gig package on my old cell number, which according to the sales person was no problem.

I am now left with no data on my phone.
