Telesales return of goods

Accepted a Vodafone 10 inch Tab on 24 months contract @ R89 ( 1Gig data contract ) in February 2015 via TELESALES ..it was delivered the NEXT day , the return policy was 14Days .I contact the call centre after 5 days as i could not return the Tab at ANY Vodastore. I have NOT used the Tab since the Day after i recieved it . Called the call centre MANY MANY times ..still waiting for someone to collect the item so the debit order can be stopped an i be reimbursted .Its now 6 months later .
