Telesales Operator put the phone down on me

I received an unsolicited sales call from Vodacom this morning, when I stated that I was not prepared to entertain telesales calls from Vodacom due to previous extremely poor service, she accused me of screaming at her and then put the phone down on me. I have been unhappy with Vodacom and their service for a while now and with the unilateral tariff increase in the middle of my contract together with this morning's experience I will not be renewing any of the three current contracts in my name but will be moving to another service provider when the contracts come to an end this year.
