Telesales at Vodacom

Vodacom Telesales phone me for an upgrade in March 2026. They offer me a contract where I will get a handset and watch for free. They said the same package that I have will cost me R520.00. I said will the watch communicate with Discovery the said yes. I struggle for day just to get an application that works with the watch. When to Vodacom after is spoke to a consultant where they refer me to a Vodashop. Vodacom Waverley couldn’t get the program to work and refer me to another Vodacom where there is a technician. No luck the only resolution they give me I must buy a watch that’s going to cost me more that R4000.00. I phone Vodacom again I said they will take this phone and watch back. They said I had 14 days to return it. I complaint about the amount that was not what a agree on. Now amount is R870.00 The supervisor said she listen to the conversation and that was what I agreed on. I said this is a lie. She said she will forward the conversation to Vodacom I can go and listen to the message. When to Vodacom Waverley they didn’t receive it. Phone again *** while I am in the shop. They asked for the shops email address and said I must go back in a half an hour. When back in a hours’ time. No recording received by Vodachat in Waverley Pretoria. I have no trust in Vodacom any more.This is the second time that they catch me with Telesales
