Telephone upgrade delivers nothing

I completed the iPhone X pre-order form online on vodacom.co.za I received a call about 3 days later and completed my upgrade over the phone with the agent. I received another call 1 day later where the order/upgrade was confirmed as well as my delivery address. A promise was made that my phone will be delivered within 5 working days as there is stock on hand for the device that I want. No delivery was made in the 5 days, no communication received.
