I had a contract with Vodacom Direct for 2G data and R100 airtime for 2 years. During August 2017 Vodacom Direct contacted me and said that my 24 months contract expired. At that stage I had over 2GiG data and plus/minus R150 airtime on my contract. I asked if I will loose the data and airtime, and they assure me that it will carry over. My contract was R109.00. They offered me a deal of 2G Day/2G night for R99.00, and as a valued customer they will send me a free Laptop for nothing extra. I received a Internet ****le with sim and a R10 000 voucher. After almost 4 weeks I received the laptop. The next moment they deduct R128.99 as D/O on my bank account.
Secondly, my Wi-Fi ****le topup contract expired...It was R109.00 for 2 GiG. They offered10Gig Day/ 10GiG Night contract with wifi ****le. After 2 weeks That I did not received the new ****le, I phoned them and cancelled. A week after that they couriers phoned me to come and collect my parcel....I told them that I cancelled it and they must send it back. So.....I don't have the goods and I cancelled the , and still they billed me for R549.00. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL BOTH THE 'NEW' CONTRACTS THAT THEY TRIED TO FORCE ME INTO. I now have uncapped WiFi at my house, and I do not need their products or data. PLEASE...CAN YOU HELP ME????
