Telecom ******- Vodacom Sales agents Ripped me off.

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received recently from Vodacom.

On the 30th of May 2019, i bought a Lenovo Ideapad online from Vodacom on contract. This was not my first time purchasing their product online and on contract. The cost of the laptop is R250 PER MONTH for a period of two years .However, the agent who was assisting me ripped me off, by deciding to purchase an additional Laptop to the value of R482.00 a month of which was never delivered to me.

The first payment of the new contract was on the 29/07/2019, that was when i noticed that the amount deducted from my bank account was far exceeding the original agreement. The very same day, i then decided to contact vodacom to seek clarity regarding this transaction, that was when i discovered that the person who was assisting me to get a new contract purchased an additional labtop to the value of R482 per month which is almost twice as much as the one i bought for R250 per month..

After discovering this, i went to the bank to reverse the transaction and only paid the amount that i was only aware of.

I then decided to open a ***** case with Vodacom. They gave me Vodacon Reference ***** dispute EC-IRAM-2IPOR.

However, to date i still haven't received any assistance rather i receive calls insisting that i make the full payment of the product i know nothing about.

Everyday i receive calls ordering me to make a settlement instead of getting support or feedback on the case i opened. I have been a client of vodacom for over 10 years, but with this issue that i am facing, i doubt i will continue using their services nor will i refer someone to Vodacom in the future. The service i received shows that they dont walk the talk, they dont care about their customers, they only care about money.
