Techno Speak To Try Fool Me

I signed up a while back with Vodacom on a Smart Top Up s plus package. The Vodacom website states for that package I get 200 Monthly minutes, 200 monthly SMS and 500 mb data. Since I use mainly Whats app and mail on phone this package was perfect but I topped up with an additional 3gb data per month. However I picked up some problems. If I dial 110 Vodacom Directory inquiries to get a number I am told by a recorded voice that I have reached my call limit"" and I need to get more minutes even though the Vodacom app shows that I have minutes on my bundle still remaining. In addition if I sms a premium number a short number like 32415 it doesn't get delivered. If I sms a long number like ********** 00 it goes through. Again this in spite of the Vodacom app telling me I have sms left on my bundle. So I call Customer Care. Lots of talking to others lots of consulting at Vodacom. I then get told the package I have and the minutes and sms I get dont allow me access to those services. I need in addition to buy airtime. it seems the minutes I get are bad minutes and i need other good minutes. There you go with the Techno speak. So I ask 2 questions to try get clarity. Question 1 Am I been told that Vodacom gives me minutes on a Vodacom package and those minutes dont allow me to call a Vodacom number like 110 but I can dial 111. In addition why would Vodacom give me minutes and then block me from using those minutes to contact one of their services the 110 number but allow me to contact 111. The answer from the Vodacom Call Agent was I dont know. Question 2 Lets accept the above Techno speak ******* is true. Currently through my package I buy on a monthly basis 200 minutes from Vodacom. But I am told these are not the right minutes, not the good minutes that will allow me access to call 110. So the question is what minutes must I then buy and where do I buy theses minutes. Must I go to MTN or Cell C for good minutes, are all Vodacom minutes bad minutes. Or do Vodacom have a pool of good minutes and I must specify when I buy that I want good minutes. (do good minutes look different sound different, do good minutes have different number of seconds to bad minutes, how do I know if I am getting good or bad minutes) Again no clue we will get back to you. I dont buy the above explanation at all. I believe that if it sounds like *** poo, and smells of *** poo then its *** poo. I doubt if anyone at Vodacom can explain the above to me in a manner that it wont sound like *** poo. The irony is Vodacom are now flighting an ad on TV that talks to possibilities of medicine delivered by drones and Vodacom technology makes that possible. I do understand its a dream a view of the future. However the reality is that with Vodacoms current technology I cant use Vodacom supp**** minutes to call Vodacom Directory Inquiries. I wonder if those Vodacom drones in the future or the persons receiving the medicine, need to call 110 to get the number of the medicine suppliers, or a neighbor to find out where the medicine must go, if they will have the right minutes, the good minutes. Come on Vodacom for a so called tech company your technology and explanations suck big time.
