Technician's stinking attitude

Needed assistance in regards to vodacom modems,and out of the blue the shop assistance by the name of Sylvester Tobollo jumps at me to tell me that he is a technician and doesn't sell modems with a very bad attitude. IS that how vodacom technicians are trained to speak to clients? Does he even know what I do for a living and how much I make, before he comes and brags about being a t e c h n I c I a n? I asked myself that. You do not undermine people you don't know. His stinking attitude needs serious attention. I will not even allow any CEO of any company to talk to me like that . Bad attitude can and will kill your business .
