Technical problems Re Shake

I have been with Vodacom for over 20 years use the shake on my cellphone every day over the last three days there's been a technical problems i have lost data 2 gb for R 22 and today 1 Gb for R 15 X 2 I wanted to use these data offers please reload my 4 shakes so i can utilize these offers .
