Technical Dept inept

The problem relates to an LG G3 smartphone on a Vodacom contract . The device continually reboots , so I have taken it to Vodashop at Lakeside Mall , Benoni on 4 occasions , but the exact same problem persists . The repair technicians are obviously unable to trace the fault .<br> This is not acceptable ! I cannot keep on wasting my time like this , the device is used for work purposes and as such has caused me much embarrasment ! The handset is a little over a year old + in very good condition , so I would like a replacement unit .
