Techinally Support is down the drain

What is for me as a Vodacom user totally a mind blowing is that this Company is still in operation!!!!Now October 2020 was exactly two years that i lost my vodamail account due to the fact the the technically support people could not help me to reset my password on my vodacom account because my laptop with windows 7 on it crash and i then reroute it to my other laptop with windows 10 on it, the answer by your technically department was that i must send my laptop to their repair shops to try to solve the problem, but back at the ranch the technically people can't support me, on Saturday 30th September 2020 i once phone to get support again, my MyVodacom account won't accept my password, neither could i reset the password, the answer to me was that their is problems with the system, i must tried again later, now why on heaven is their technical people on duty that can't assist you as client, lucky one of my wifi contracts is expiring now this month and i will cancel it and next year January 2021 is the other wifi contract which also will expire and which i will also cancel, due to the fact that support on technically in NON EXISTING at Vodacom at all!!!! What also grieve me is that the current cellphone contract is renewable in December, but i was phoned to upgrade in advance, but if i upgrade now, i must pay for two cellphones contracts until the real one kicks in, once again, how on earth can i upgrade, but i have to pay for two??????Vodacom is not a client company anymore, but just a profit making company and the client must pay, no support at all and be happy to contribute every month for what?????
