Te get your phone back worst than it was

I handed my phone in at Port Shepstone for repairs. The phone got extremely hot and the screen didn't want to go on. (job number ***0). The Technical Manager is very rude. I waited for my phone 3 weeks, and whenever I phoned to follow up. I was told my phone got damaged in transit. Which means my phone is more damaged now than when I handed it in for repairs. This phone is 3 months old and still under warranty. My screen got cracked in transit. This was now replaced, but now all of a sudden I don't have a screenguard anymore. This is not how I handed my phone in. Why is it my problem to replace my glass screenguard cover? I've had it. I insist on a new phone. With a glass screenguard like mine that was handed in. I don't want that 2nd hand phone anymore, which Vodacom damaged. I insist on a new phone. Vodacom never responds to any communication whatsoever. But they promise 24hr turn around for communication
