TCF COMPLAINT

Good Day. Vodacom, red client department called me early August to offer me a lower payment option. My account in total used to be R1 200. However after they have changed my contract options, my payment increased to little over R1500. I call their service department to complain and to date have not heard anything back from their agents. This is false advertising and incorrect information provided to me as a loyal customer for more then 10 years. I pay my account every month and have only had issues every time I get issues with Vodacom. I want my account back to what it was and or will cancel all my contracts with them.
