A very irate Client (me) phoned Tatum and complained about the lack of concern / service received from a Vodashop after my phone, which I took delivery of recently after being in repairs, had additional problems.<br> The complaint had absolutely nothing to do with her branch and yet she took full control of the situation - even arranging a loan phone AND delivery! <br> I was kept informed of ALL movements as well as the latest status.<br> I walked away today with an exchange, again delivered!<br> This lady has restored my faith in Vodacom!<br> I was about to walk away from this company, but she's ensured that I will remain a loyal Client.<br> Thanks Tatum!!<br> You are Professional Excellence!
