TARRIF INCREASE ON A FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Its a bunch of IDIOTS working at Vodacom... No one at Vodacom can proof to me where they are entitled to increase any of my 3 contracts, yet they say it is well within their right. Vodacom does not in anyway have well trained CUSTOMER SERVICE Personnel nor Management. Not one representative at Vodacom speaks the same story.
