Tariff plan to prepaid voadcom

Hi Vodacom Cancelled my contract with Vodacom one month ago and asked them to switch my number to prepaid so that I can buy powerflex. 10 days later and my number are still on a tariff plan so I can't buy or go on a tariff plan. Everyday they say it will be sorted out but still waiting. Very bad service.
