Tariff increase without informing client

Vodacom increased my tariffs without even letting me know. Spoke to call centre they say everyone recieved an sms. i did not recieve an sms. and by the way when you change people's account you dont send an sms you send out a letter informing them. this is unprofessional. the contract i signed had an amount on it and now its more.
