Tariff increase
I can't believe how one-sided the contract is. If I try and change anything in that contract, it either costs me money or I'm tied in. Why can Vodacom change it? I can understand a change for new contracts but not an existing one. I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, all of which have incurred this price increase.
What kind of a contract only protects the provider and not the consumer.
They are resting on the fact that most of us can't afford fancy lawyers to fight this.
This is very unfair and very *********. Contracts are supposed to protect both parties.
