Dear Vodacom, you abused your superior contractual position to bully me into a R30/month price increase. This is not only unfair, but extremely short sighted. I don't care about the extra R360 that you will now make from the remainder of my contract, but you have alienated a life-long loyal customer, for the sake of R360. <br> <br> When my contract expires, I will most definitely not renew it. Neither will my wife and my two children . Neither will any of my 4 siblings or any of their children, my parents, in-laws or work colleagues. Well done!
