Tardiness/Don't care attitude regarding our poor signal.

About two years ago, Vodacom at their own expense, furnished our office with a signal booster due to the fact that we have severe signal problems in our area, Tygervalley, Bellville. This device has now stopped working and I have tirelessly been trying to get Vodacom to fix it for us, since we cannot ask an outside technician, because it is a Vodacom device. So we are basically bound to Vodacom to sort this issue for us, and I have logged a claim, but when I call it is either that the wrong department, or I am cut-off or they do not recognise my reference number.

I am at my wits end, it has been more than a month. We seriously have no other option but to work through Vodacom. I have tried different angles but my efforts are for nothing and every visit or phone call just leaves me more dispondent.

Please help!! Reference number 1 - ********** ********** . I have spoken to a Thandunzi (the line is bad so this might be spelled wrong) and he claimed that he WILL contact me. He didn't.

Thank you.
