Taped conversation of misleading promotion

I have a ruiter data contract with Vodacom. I pay R320/R330 pm for 10gig nigt and 10gig day. On the 14th of March at around 15h30 a consultant named Ashley phoned me regarding this contract and weather i would like to upgrade or downgrade. Please take note that i RECORDED the whole conversation and have PROOF OF EVERYTHING SHE SAID. I asked what they had available and too make a long story short, she said for R20 a month more, they will give me 20gigs (instead of 10) PLUS AND ADDITIONAL 20gigs for free for the next 24 months. She confirmed that the total would then be 40gig anytime and 40gig night owl. I agreed and she confirmed that my first amended debit order will go off the 1st of April. When i checked my balance after the 1st of April i realized she only gave me 20 gigs day. This is not what she said and this is not what i signed up for!! Like i said i have all the proof of the taped conversation. I want my 40gig day and 40gig night like she said for R350 pm!!! What do i do? Go to court????

I have not heard one word from anybody as of yet and i want my 40g day and 40g night for R349 as offered to me, which i legally signed for over the phone. This is a binding contract. I have sll proof recorded that this was sold to me.

I still havent heard anything from Vodacom. I signed a legal contract which is binding in every way over the phone. I want my 40g day and 40g night for the price of R349 as advertised over the phone. This is what i accepted and all the terms and conditions was read to me. Now you give me 20g???? If a legal contract is binding how can Vodacom get away with this???? I have the whole conversation recorded when i was sold this option!!!!!!! Do you want me to take this further????
