Talking points reward is a bluff

I tried to redeem my 1000 talking points at 4 vodacom shops in Cape Town. According to them it can be redeemed for a cheap phone. They couldnt give me one phone...not onr. Then I was told that there are no phones available and I must accumilate more points or pay in. R800 pay in on a 899 phone. So its false advertising. Not one person was able to help...I cant even order one in
