Talking point decreasing
Been having issues with talking points not adding up. Was liasing with consultants who said they are working on it and would reimburse outstanding points. He did check in with me a few times however i have not heard from him for awhile now and to my dismay The points have actually decreased instead. It was 2892 it is now 2765 . Highly frustrated! !!!!
