Talking Point and Feedback

On the 30 September i reported that there was breach of contract , I went to vodacom on the 30th September 2015 i wanted to exchange my 1500 talking points for a cell phone , i spoke to Llyda about the type of phone am looking for , and i gave her the paper work and both the manager and the consultant confirmed that i do not need to pay in for the phone , she showed me the phone that i was supposed to get for my talking SAMSUNG PRIME CORE , i could not get help the same time/day i left the documents that they needed and also complete the form then when i came back the following day they told me that i must pay in -R800 for the phone that I want and she also claimed she was calling me to tell me about the -R800 i did not see or receive any notification.after i reported someone from Vodacom called and told me they will sort it out with the agent withing 54 hours, now its two weeks no one communicated with me
