I went to Vodacom about 4 times . I told Lloyda that i have 1500 talking point that i want to exchange for a cell phone and i explained to her the description/type(any make) of phone am looking for . And i don't want to pay in . She went to the manager to ask what is available and he said they can give me a Samsang Core Prime , I gave her all the required documents i completed the form i could not get help they were offline when i went there the next day after we closed the deal she then mentioned that i must pay +-R800.00 that i was not told about when i went to them the first day. And she claimed she called me i did not get any miss call or missed call notification.
