Talk right and walk left / Unknown Charges

Greetings

Please let me know if this is sorted will my credit be refunded.

As one is receiving text messages yet my contract attached zero of connection charges.

Tried calling the number yet Tracey Lee Chettu dont exist. Upon calling vodacom refered back to the agent thst assisted me.

R98 was never to be charged from prior to taking out the contract as client enquired by Asaph hence his reply no other additional hidden charges.

So why the R98?

Should Vodacom fail to refund as this is unknown debit order the companies bank will need to reverse as Vodacom deceived the client.

Attached contract states R549.01 all in. Asaph agent served says it will be refunded.

Received the following text:

Your Vodacom debit order payment of R98.00 was unfortunately returned as unpaid. Pay at banking branch or via EFT. Alternately please Call*** to arrange payment. Good day Please be advised that the R98 once off connection fee billed to your number is correct. This fee is applicable to any new line activation. Should you have any further queries, please call ***. Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Trisha Lee Chetty
