TALK MINUTES

I am dissapointed by the way Vodacom allocates Talk minutes on contract holders. I am on Smart L contract and get allocated minutes every month. My understanding was that minutes can be forfeited after 3 months and you start consuming previous month's minutes before current month's minutes. It is not the case with Vodacom , I was informed that you have to finish current month's mintes in order to use previous month's minutes. This is not logically correct and I believe I have unneccesary forfeited minutes because of this.

Best regards,
I recieved a call from Vodacom maintaining that there is nothing wrong with their conduct and was referred to Terms and Conditions. I read Terms and Conditions refer to 1 month carry over which does not specify which minutes are used as the consultant informed me. I still believe that previous month's minutes should be used before using current month and if not used be carried-over to next month not use current month and use carried over minutes after. it does not make logical sense and I will suggest they revert to 3 months carry-over which I agree is not on terms and conditions. I suggest this for the benefit of users who cannot use all the allocated minutes
